1. Organiser
The promotion is organised by BLACK DIVISION, S.L. (hereinafter ‘D.Franklin’ or ‘the Organiser’), with Spanish tax identification number (CIF) B02997641 and registered address at C/ Xixona, 3, 03204 Elche (Alicante), Spain.
2. Purpose
D.Franklin is celebrating reaching one million followers on Instagram with the ‘DF1MILLION’ promotion. Participants who register receive chances to discover rewards on One Million Day: discounts, D.Franklin products and special prizes.
Participation is free.
3. Territorial scope and duration
The promotion is open to participants from any country.
Registration: from 15 October 2026 at 12:00 (CEST) until 29 October 2026 at 23:59 (CET).
One Million Day: 29 October 2026. Rewards can be revealed from 12:00 (CET).
Use of discounts: until 15 November 2026 at 23:59 (CET). Vouchers have their own expiry dates (clause 9). Special prizes must be claimed within 48 hours of the email notifying the winner of the prize (clause 8).
4. Participants
Individuals over 18 years of age who register at dfmillion.com and provide their name, a valid email address and their country of residence may participate.
Each person may have only one account.
5. How it works
Participants register on the landing page and verify their email address. This gives them 5 chances. Until their email address is verified, they have no chances and cannot invite others.
Each participant receives a personal link to invite other people. For each invited person who registers and verifies their email address, the participant receives 1 additional chance. A maximum of 5 invitees per participant is allowed.
The maximum is 10 chances per participant: 5 initial chances and 5 from invitations.
From 29 October 2026 at 12:00, participants can access their account and reveal one reward per chance using a ‘scratch and win’ feature (or an alternative button). They do not have to reveal them all at once. Every chance has a reward.
Participants keep all the rewards they obtain, not just the best one.
6. Rewards
Rewards fall into three categories:
Discounts: discounts of up to 50% on purchases from the D.Franklin website. The specific conditions of each discount are shown in the reward itself. No minimum purchase is required.
Vouchers: from €5 to €100, redeemable on the D.Franklin website. They are issued in the participant’s name: they are linked to the participant’s email address, generated when revealed and sent by email. No minimum purchase is required.
Special prizes: physical prizes and experiences.
The special prizes are as follows:
Trip to New York for 2 people (5 days and 4 nights in low season): 1 prize.
PlayStation 5: 1 unit.
iPhone 17 with 256 GB: 2 units.
Apple Watch SE 3: 4 units.
GTA VI: 5 units.
Rewards are personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Allocation of rewards
Rewards come from a closed, limited pool, detailed in clause 6. Each reward is allocated only once. Rewards are allocated and reserved in the participant’s account when each chance is obtained and remain hidden until 29 October. All rewards, including special prizes, are allocated randomly. The ‘scratch and win’ feature only reveals a reward that has already been allocated. The total number of chances is limited to the number of available rewards.
8. Notification and claiming of special prizes
The winner of a special prize sees it on screen when revealing it and receives an email on the same day at the address used to register.
To receive the prize, the winner must write to info@dfmillion.com within 48 hours of that email, providing the following details:
First name and surname
Spanish national identity document (DNI), foreigner identification document (NIE) or passport
Full postal address
Contact telephone number
No purchase is necessary to receive the prize.
If the winner does not send the details within the deadline, or the details are incorrect, they forfeit the prize, which is awarded to another participant. The identity document is requested to verify the winner’s identity and that they are of legal age.
D.Franklin will not publicly disclose the winners’ identities.
9. Use of discounts and vouchers
Discounts can be applied at dfranklincreation.com until 15 November 2026 at 23:59 (CET). Each voucher’s expiry date is stated when the participant receives it. After expiry, they cannot be used and no compensation is provided.
Each discount and each voucher may be used only once per participant.
Discounts cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions. Vouchers also cannot be used together with a discount.
If an order to which a discount or voucher has been applied is returned, the discount or voucher is not reactivated.
10. Delivery of special prizes
D.Franklin sends physical prizes by courier to the address provided by the winner once their complete details have been received.
The trip is provided as a travel agency voucher and must be taken in low season, on dates permitted by the agency.
11. Taxation
Special prizes constitute prizes in kind. For residents of Spain, under Spanish personal income tax (IRPF) rules, prizes worth more than €300 are subject to a payment on account of tax. D.Franklin makes that payment to the Spanish tax authority and passes the cost on to the winner, who must pay the amount to D.Franklin before receiving the prize. If they do not pay, they forfeit the prize.
The prize’s value constitutes income for the winner, who must include it in their Spanish personal income tax return. D.Franklin will provide the corresponding certificate.
Winners residing outside Spain will be taxed according to the rules of their country.
12. Reservations, exclusions and limitation of liability
D.Franklin reserves the right to exclude from the promotion, and cancel the chances and rewards of, any participant who breaches these rules, acts fraudulently or abusively, uses bots, scripts or other automated means, has more than one account, uses temporary or disposable email addresses, generates false invitations or invites themselves, or whose details are false, incomplete or of questionable origin.
D.Franklin may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion for justified reasons, such as fraud, platform malfunction or force majeure, announcing this at dfmillion.com, without participants becoming entitled to compensation as a result. If a prize is unavailable, D.Franklin may replace it with another of equal or greater value.
D.Franklin shall not be liable for: (i) interruptions, failures or errors of the landing page, online store, communication networks or third-party services; (ii) lost, delayed or incorrectly received emails for reasons beyond D.Franklin’s control, including spam filtering; (iii) the winner’s use of the prize; or (iv) any other event beyond its will or control.
13. Data protection

Purpose: to manage participation, the allocation and delivery of rewards, and to comply with the resulting tax obligations.
Legal basis: performance of the relationship arising from participation and compliance with legal obligations. Marketing communications will only be sent if the participant expressly agrees by ticking a separate checkbox.
Retention: data is retained for the duration of the promotion and subsequently for the applicable statutory periods. Winners’ identification data is retained only for the period required by tax regulations.
Recipients: providers of services for the promotion (web hosting, email, courier services) and the tax authority when required by law.
Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, by writing to info@dfmillion.com. Participants may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
14. Acceptance and applicable law
Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these rules, which are available on this website throughout the promotion. Any matter not provided for in them will be resolved by D.Franklin in accordance with their spirit and communicated to those affected. Failure to comply with these rules results in the participant’s exclusion.
These rules are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of the participant’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
